What Spa Services are available? |

| What should I wear? |
| Comfortable, Un restricting Clothing. You may bring a change of clothes if you wish (working out is sweaty work!). It is also recommended you have a Bath Robe, Running Shoes and if you have one, a yoga mat. We can provide drinking water also if you require it. |

| What skill level are the fitness activities |
| Classes are for all levels! Modifications (easier/harder) will be shown. The Personal training is just that - personal. Anke Fruehman will work with you to ensure your body is effectivly working at its prime level of fitness. |

| What locations do you serve? |
| Seventh Heaven currently serves Oakville, Burlington and the GTA area. Locations over 100km from our home base are charged a small travel fee. |

| What should I expect during the day? |
| We suggest you turn your cell phone off, relocate the kids with a babysitter and cancel any planned guest visits. This is your day to "Escape" |

| What if I have allergies or special dietary needs? |
| No problem! We will be sure to contact you prior to your special day to confirm any special requirements. |
| |
| Is there anything I can do to prepare for the day? |
It would be greatly appreciated if the kitchen area has surface space available for Ben to work his magic. No special equipment is required. We will bring what we need.
As for yourself? - Cancel all your meetings scheduled and be sure to let us know as soon as possible if any of your invited friends/family are unable to make it. |
